What’s the difference between the ankle and thigh bands?
Ankle bands are thinner latex style bands perfect for lateral walks, kickbacks, and mobility. Thigh bands are wider, woven bands designed for squats, glute bridges, and lower body circuits.
Are these bands beginner friendly?

What resistance levels do the bands come in?
Each set includes three resistance levels, branded as: Tone: lightest resistance (great for beginners or warm ups) Sculpt: Medium Resistance (perfect for building shape and definition) Strength: Heaviest resistance (for deep glute activation and high-intensity circuits)

How do I care for my bands?
Wipe down the bands with a damp cloth air dry. Avoid over stretching or storing bands in hot environments. Store them in your Collection 27 pouch.
